Frühe Ausgabe in Latein. BM STC I, S. 92. Württembergische Bibelsammlung NUC NBi 0013278. Mit 2 großen Titelvignetten in Holzschnitt, einigen Holzschnittinitialen und eingedruckten Marginalien. Einband beschabt und am Rücken etwas rissig, Ecken leicht bestoßen, Schnitt berieben, Vorsätze mit kleinen Wurmlöchern, Titelblatt minimal gelockert und mit Leimspur unter dem Druckvermerk und dort kleine Fehlstelle mit Papier jüngerer Zeit hinterlegt (ohne Textverlust), unteres Drittel des letztes Blattes entfernt (sauber mit Papier repariert), Seiten durchweg leicht gebräunt und stellenweise blass stockfleckig bzw. mit schwachem Wasserrand (mit Textberührung, aber ohne Verlust), Seite 44 mit Randfehlstelle (über die gesamte Länge, minimaler Textverlust in den Marginalien), ansonsten nur minimale Randläsuren, hinterer Vorsatz mit Tintennotiz von alter Hand (″Registrata diligentemente da me Giovanni Battista Lorenzi oggi Sabbato 11. Aprile 1835 e ritrovata completta.“). Insgesamt gutes Exemplar. Early edition in Latin. With 2 large title vignettes in woodcut, some woodcut initials and imprinted marginalia. Binding scuffed and somewhat cracked at spine, corners slightly bumped, edges rubbed, endpapers with small wormholes, title-page minimally loosened and with glue trace under the printer’s mark and there small lack backed with paper of recent date (without loss of text), lower third of last leaf removed (neatly repaired with paper), pages throughout slightly darkened and in places pale foxing resp. with faint waterstains (touching the text, but without loss), page 44 with defect to outside margin (over the entire length, minimal loss of text in the marginalia), otherwise only minimal marginal wear, back endpaper with old ink note (″Registrata diligentemente da me Giovanni Battista Lorenzi oggi Sabbato 11. Aprile 1835 e ritrovata completta.“). Altogether good copy.
