Titelblatt in Rot und Schwarz gedruckt (in dieser Ausgabe sind die erste Titelzeile, die erste Zeile der Zwischentitel und die erste Zeile des Druckvermerks auf dem Titelblatt in Rot gedruckt) und mit allegorischer Rahmung und Titelvignette in Holzschnitt, zahlreichen Holzschnittinitialen und eingedruckten Marginalien. Die von Robertus Goullet bearbeitete vorliegende Ausgabe geht zurück auf die des Jahres 1513. Einband berieben und mit Fehlstellen im Lederbezug (davon die größte 4 x 4,5 cm), Schließen unfachmännisch entfernt, Vorsätze späterer Zeit fleckig und im vorderen Innenfalz etwas eingerissen, Titelblatt mit zweizeiliger Tintennotiz von alter Hand, etwas deutlicher gebräunt und mit kleinerer, mit Papier hinterlegter Randfehlstelle, die ersten Blatt leichten Randläsuren, Paginierung gelegentlich springend (Text jedoch fortlaufend und vollständig), Seiten durchgehend mit zumeist winzigen Wurmlöchern (etwas stecknadelkopfgroß, Verlust einzelner Buchstaben), durchweg mit zumeist leicht nachgedunkeltem Wasserrand von den Stegen ausgehend (gelegentlich geringe Textberührung, Titelblatt flächiger betroffen). Insgesamt noch gutes Exemplar. Later restored leather binding of the times over wooden boards on 5 raised bands with rich blind embossing. 2nd edition by Regnault and Petit. Edition in Latin. Title page printed in red and black (in this edition the first line of the title, the first line of the subtitles and the first line of the imprint on the title page are printed in red) and with allegorical framing and title vignette in woodcut, numerous woodcut initials and imprinted marginalia. The present edition edited by Robertus Goullet goes back to the of 1513. Binding rubbed and with defects to the leather cover (the largest 4 x 4.5 cm), clasps unprofessionally removed, endpapers from a later period stained and front hinge slightly torn, title page with a two-line old ink inscription, a bit more darkened and with a smaller margin defect backed with paper, the first few pages have slight marginal defects, pagination occasionally with errors (text is continuous and complete though), pages with mostly tiny wormholes throughout (about the size of a pinhead, loss of single letters) , consistently with mostly slightly darkened waterstains starting from the margins (occasionally affecting the text minorly, title page more extensively affected). Altogether still a good copy.
