Nachdruck der Ausgabe Paris, Breton, 1565. Französischsprachige Ausgabe. Mit 60 beidseitig bedruckten Tafeln mit den 120 Holzschnitten der Originalausgabe. Breitrandiges Exemplar mit Schöpfrand. Papier minimal gebräunt. Eine Tafeln im weißen Rand mit Einriss (ca. 2,5 cm), letzte Seite etwas gelockert. Insgesamt sehr gutes Exemplar.
Later cloth binding with paper spine label. Reprint of the Paris edition printed by Breton in 1565. French-language edition. With 60 plates printed on both sides, reproducing the 120 woodcuts of the original edition. A large-paper copy with deckle edges. Paper minimally darkened. One plate with a marginal tear (approx. 2.5 cm) not affecting the image; final leaf slightly loose. Overall a fine copy.
