€ 190,--

Beuys, Joseph: Joseph Beuys. XV. Bienal Inbternacional de Sao Paulo 1979. Republica Federal da Alemania. (Ausgabe durch Lucas Art, Paris) Sao Paulo, Paris, Biennale-Sao Paulo, Lucas-Art, 1979 Klein-8°. 18,0 x 11,5 cm. 8 Blatt. Original-Karton.

Erste Ausgabe. Einband wenig fleckig. Insgesamt sehr guter Zustand.
First edition. 1,000 copies were issued for the Biennale; this specific copy was acquired from the Lucas-Art Gallery in Paris and is number 08 of 20 copies. In addition to Beuys’s red stamp on the front cover, this copy bears a stamp and numbering from Lucas-Art Paris. It was apparently produced without Beuys’s authorization (hence its omission from the Schellmann catalogue) and is consequently virtually unknown. Original softcover. Binding shows slight staining. Overall condition is very good.
